Edgedupe announces First Commercial Blu Ray & HD DVD Combo Duplicator Drive Available

The Edgedupe P337x is a brand new duplicator available now for digital and high-definition storage. Able to reproduce both Blu-Ray  and HD DVD which provides high-capacity data recording and duplication of over 24GB per disc.

Further to  a receent customer experience and some analysis we are pleased to announce some new firmware for the Edgdedupes. This firmware is available on www.edge10.com, under products then Edgedupe then support. This is the recent comment from one happy user " I would like to thank Edge10.com for their help they have provided in the last 24 hours to fix a problem with my EdgeDupe 1 to 1 duplicator.

i used the latest firmware on both my reader and writer and also on the controller, but i had failed discs when i burnt a DVD+R DL

i explained my problems to edge10.com via their support page, and got a reply very shortly afterwards, they were looking into it, and asked me to check my writing speeds, this wasn't the problem, so they carried on with their research with my problem.

they even replied to my emails during out of work hours, and came up with a new and fixed firmware for the controller, i updated the bios in the controller, burnt a DVD+R DL and the resulting disc worked fine.
