Edge10 meet latest Environmental Standard - CAESAR

Edge10 are aggressively working towards EPEAT Gold Certified Standards on our range of LCD and LED monitors.

EPEAT Gold Standard. (Electronic Products Environmental Assessment Tool)

This will mean that  our range of monitors will  be 90% recyclable for parts and 80% recyclable for packaging. Over the past five years Edge10 have been aggressive to reduce the mercury and to introduce the use of post-consumer recycled plastics in our plastic injection moulding facility.

Edge10 Environmental Logo

The Green wave is being felt in the IT community. Edge10 and the Monitor Industry is very aware of this with existing compliances with standards such as Energy Star, Power Saving, TCO standards, WEEE Registrations and also ROHS Compliance.

However recently Edge10 has made even more effort to vecome environmentally friendly and ultra green with the advent of our new logo. We have started to demand energy efficiency and environmentally friendly practices by all of our local vendors. IT is very interesting to see how speeedily some of them are able to react.  Just watch this space for an update.....

Edge10 Environmental Eco Footprint

As regular users to the blog will know that Edge10 is an environmentally friendly company. The green in our logo signifies that element. This is a belief that carries right through from our product packaging through to our selection of paper in our photocopier.
